Wind turbines are subjected to intense stresses, strains and significant shocks during their operational life. Our priority is to extend their lifespan and improve their effectiveness, by taking care of repairs of all kinds to prevent the need for replacements wherever possible. We specialise in repairing wind turbine blades: we treat everything from small defects to complete rebuilds, operating both outside and inside the turbine. In addition, our technicians work on the ground and at height, using specific suspended platforms and rope access, without the need to bring the rotor on the ground: this makes timely and agile interventions possible, differentiating us from our competitors.<\/p>\n

There are different types of damage that the wind turbine can suffer and on which we are able to intervene.<\/p>\n

  1. Lightning damage and impact: <\/strong>We take care of lightning and impact damage, by removing damaged laminate parts and restoring the wind turbine’s optimal shape and strength.<\/li>\n
  2. Structural crack damage: <\/strong>We repair cracks, by stopping their progression and restoring the structural integrity of the blade.<\/li>\n
  3. Erosion damage: <\/strong>We offer innovative solutions to restore the shape and effectiveness of blade leading edges and prevent their future deterioration.<\/li>\n
  4. Factory damage: <\/strong>We address damage due to incorrect rolling during the production phase, by restoring the blades functionality and effectiveness.<\/li>\n
  5.
